When it comes to improving your hearing, we do things differently at Invisihear.

The company's founder, Nigel Thompson, takes care to treat every client as though they were a member of his own family. After all, sometimes it is. His background in social work means he is sensitive to the impact that changes in hearing can have on your life.

It's of prime importance to Invisihear that nothing stops you living life to the full. However, we know it can be difficult to come to terms with hearing loss, so we'll work with you to regain your confidence as you regain your hearing, at the pace you set.

Invisihear's values

Nigel established Invisihear in 2004 out of sheer desperation. He wanted more opportunities to improve his own expertise, together with the freedom to fit people with the right hearing aids for them – rather than the models he was told to sell.

Other audiologists say we’re crazy, because we flatly refuse to be contracted to any particular supplier. This means Nigel must do at least three days of training a month to stay up to date with every company’s latest models.

It’s well worth it, however, because it means we can give good advice, fair prices and find the very best hearing solution for you. It also means we’re up-to-date with the latest developments in hearing aid technology – so you’ll always be presented with the very best options on the market.

Nigel is a Fellow of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, a member of the Health Professions Council and a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health Professions Council.
