Recapture your quality of life

To get you hearing well again, we will go through these steps together.

We start by listening

We’ll begin with a chat about what hearing well would mean to you. We’re interested in how you describe what’s going on for you, because hearing is a very personal sense, and hearing changes are different for everyone.

Be fully informed

We can then perform a simple, non-invasive hearing test to find out more about the quality of your hearing. This can take place either at your home or at selected GPs’ surgeries. We will then explain the results to you in jargon-free English.

Putting you first

If you’d like to find out about hearing aids, Invisihear has access to the widest possible choice of devices. As an independent operator who refuses to be tied into deals with any one supplier, we have the freedom to offer a full selection to you.

The best choice

There are lots of options, depending on your experiences and needs, and we may well try a few different devices to find the best possible solution. You’ll never receive a sales pitch and, if hearing aids aren’t right for your needs, we’ll always tell you.

Years of care

After a couple of weeks with new hearing aids, we’ll give you a call to check for teething problems, and again in six months. If you have any problems, just pick up the phone. We can come to your home, have your device repaired if necessary, and all of our hearing aids come with a minimum two-year warranty.
